Our goal was a concept that was uniquely open-ended and diverse and used a common thread to connect contemporary African culture.
The answer?
LITERALLY, THREAD.
Inspired by everything Afro, our concept mixes vibrant patterns from different regions of the continent and real life photography to creative visuals that lend itself to trending youth movements, street aesthetics and local culture.
By reinvigorating the brand through vibrant and beautifully crafted imagery that is an ode to its audience, we created a shift and gained global attention, making the front page of leading industry websites and raising pertinent questions around Africa’s role in global creativity.
